Who Started With Nothing.
Before Intertising, Aathif started other ventures. Some failed. Each failure was expensive, and each one taught him something the previous one had not: that hard work in the wrong direction compounds into nothing, and that shortcuts always cost more than they save.
He moved operations from Sri Lanka to Bangalore, not because Sri Lanka was not enough, but because the vision had outgrown one market. That same expansion is now reaching into the Gulf and beyond, one client relationship at a time, never faster than the quality can hold.
He is a builder before he is anything else, drawn to problems that do not yet have clean solutions. Every business he has built has involved testing an assumption most people accepted without question, because inherited industry practices are exactly where the biggest opportunities hide. He studies psychology because search algorithms change constantly, but human decision making does not, and understanding why people trust one business over another matters more in the long run than knowing this month’s ranking factors.
